Diversifying Your Product Offering
We’ve all gone to great lengths to diversify our business so we are not dependent on one client or business offering. What happens to your business if the country shuts down and you are prevented from delivering your products? Something we’ve never thought of before, or at least not in terms that are normal in a pandemic driven world that embraces social distancing. The obvious response is something like this will never happen again…are you sure? Social distancing has become the mode-de-jur and should a second virus flare up, are you sure your business will be able to continue as normal? We must spend time diversifying not just client mix, but business offering mix.
